J Mann-Stadt Guarantee

If the situation occurs where a J Mann-Stadt placed employee does not remain employed, in an engaged productive capacity, with the client company for a period of one year from the hire date, and the company attributes the situation to J Mann-Stadt's search performance, then, at the instance of the client, J Mann-Stadt will perform a new search to fill the position.  The company will be billed only those expenses directly related to this replacement search. The search will be conducted as though it were an original search.

The guarantee will be honored assuming the client account is current.
