Percentage Fee

In this arrangement our fee is 33 1/3% of the candidate's anticipated first year total cash compensation. This includes base salary, any cash bonuses, and anticipated cash incentive bonuses to be paid at business plan. 

The fee is payable in three equal retainers.  1/3 of the total fee is payable as a retainer to commence the search.  The second 1/3 retainer is due within 45 days or when the first group of screened candidates is presented. The last 1/3 retainer is due 30 days later.   A final bill will be issued to reconcile the actual compensation package of the selected candidate. In some situations a credit amount will be remitted to the company where negotiated compensation was less that originally estimated.

All bills are payable upon presentation, and the payment of fees and expenses are not contingent up on the placement of a candidate with your organization.
