1.  Client, J Mann-Stadt Meeting
  • Develop Company profile and identify key internal and market traits
  • Position description and working environment including key associates
  • Meeting with hiring manager and key individuals in the hiring process
  • Initiation of the search upon Agreement on terms and conditions

 

2.  Candidate Research/Identification/Telephone Interviews

  • Research and Development of networking sources, target search environment, correspondence
  • Development of company selling message for telephone interviews
  • Establishment of candid, honest relationship with potential candidates along with understanding of concerns and career goals

 

3.  Personal Interviews

  • In-depth process of interview and assessment framed around 75 points of evaluation
  • Preparation of evaluation of candidates to be presented
  • Weekly Status Reports of all personal interviews, key information

 

4.  Company Interviews

  • Summary prepared for each candidate the company will speak with.  This includes an assessment of "fit," level of candidate interest, any relevant issues--particularly any which would prevent the candidate from accepting the position (deal killers)

 

5.  Reference Checking is part of the process from the outset

 

6.  Compensation Negotiation

 

7.  Credentials Verification--Educational, Physical, Testing including drug and psychological
