Training Services

Management and Supervisor training is an opportunity to strengthen and broaden organizational commitment to and operational support for the goals of a company.  M-S provides both company specific, that is, training tailored to the specified needs of a client company, and more general management and supervisory training.  While all training includes a very important component devoted to leadership, M-S also provides, separately, a course dedicated entirely to leadership. 

All training is sensitive to "green" considerations. Additionally, relevant concepts from Lean, Six Sigma and TPS are referenced within the content of the training.
